Dear All,

I can declare that our Golf Day of yesterday was a success. A splendid day of golf, a bit cold perhaps :)
Some of the best golfers from the South West of England could be paired with some impressive International Players living in the Avon region.  The course was in pretty good shape considering the period of the year and some impressive scores could be produced.
Warren “The Long Ashton Cannibal” won the Stableford with 47 points (70 medal!) whilst Leon was second with 37 (final standings below). Our Cannibal won also the Nearest to the Pin (nasty flag protected by the bunker on the left side of the green at hole 6) and also the Longest Drive (at the long hole 13 par 4). Warren proved to be in brilliant shape and he would have probably won also the Nearest Drive and the Longest Pin if we had played for them :)

Guys it was real fun and I wish to thank you all for joining the event!
